Mrs. Fatema Agarkar
With twenty plus years of experience in the field of education,. Setting up over 50 schools including preschools, national and international high schools as well as a special needs’s school, she’s a veteran of 3 educational start-ups including the current one ACE that specialises in school operations and management, curricula design, school audits, teacher training, parent mentoring apart from acting as an Advisor-Mentor to many promotors pan India including leading real estate and industry specialists to deliver on their vision. An award winning educator & Ted Ex speaker, she’s on the board of several edutech companies, Vice President of Early Childhood Association, Mumbai Territory Head for Association of Primary Education & Research (APER), National Council Member of the Association of Principals in India and a Council Member to WICCI Financial Literary and FICCI for Education. She is also serving as a Jury Member for Cambridge School Recognition Awards 2025. Fatema Agarkar is a parenting expert, and her passion for writing makes her an avid blogger. She’s the wife of a Media expert and ex cricketer, Ajit Agarkar and her love for children ensures that innovation is brought to every project by building capacity and capabilities of the team she works with. Sports is integral to this vision. She is also spearheading change with eSports in India as a National Council Member – AIGF

A qualified career counsellor from the University of California (UCLA), Los Angeles, She is a Mumbai University gold medalist, Riddhi has extensive work experience in the education space from leading a pre-primary section of a school to being an integral part of India’s leading management and research institute

With 8+ years of experience in the role, Shushant is passionate about working with different stakeholders, putting systems and processes in place. Shushant’s strengths include his ability to problem solve, take calculated risks and communicate effectively.
